TaeYang Reveals What’s Underneath

so FINE!

After all that repeated shirt-flipping, we now get a real good look of the goods.

Without the prying eyes of public broadcast, Big Bang member, Taeyang  was able to show his smokin physique at his first ever solo concert, “HOT”  in front of 4000 screaming fans on July 20th, 2008.

After the concert ended at 8pm, the solo act treated fans by showing his unreleased version of the music video, “Pray” (기도).  However, that was not enough for the crazy fans. Another 10 minutes of chanting “encore” was the ticket to bring out the singer on stage.  Only then, did Taeyang did an “encore” performance of “Pray.” 

Taeyang performed 2 shows at the new Melon AX theater.

Uhm Jung-hwa and Mighty Mouth were the opening acts.

BigBang and DBSK releasing Japanese albums in Korea

Korea’s top two boy bands, Big Bang and DBSK are releasing their Japanese albums in Korea.

Big Bang is releasing their Japanese album “With U” simultaneously in both Japan and Korea. This will be Big Bang’s second foray into the Japanese Market after they released “For the World” back in January. The album will consist of 8 tracks in total, G. Dragon worked with fellow YG Entertainment members Perry and Teddy of 1Tym on the album. Big Bang did have a successful concert in March where more than 10,000 fans attended at the Tokyo JCB Hall. However, they didn’t have too much success on the Japanese charts unlike their counterparts DBSK.

DBSK / TVXQ is releasing “Beautiful You/ Millennium Love Song,” their 22nd Japanese single album in Korea today. Unlike Big Bang, DBSK / Tohoshinki found a lot of success on the Oricon charts. They achieved the top spots on both the Oricon daily single chart and Oricon weekly chart. They’re only the second non-japanese artist(s) to hold the spot twice on Oricon’s weekly chart. This was achieved only once before, more than 24 years ago. DBSK also plans to put on a good show for the Korean fans next week (June 7th) for the Dream Concert.

Wonder Girls Keep The Music Charts “So Hot”

Only 2 days after releasing their latest single, ‘So Hot‘, The Wonder Girls have taken the number one spot on music charts.

The girls beat Big Bang’s Tae Yang on the 22nd by taking the number one spot on Cyworld’s music charts. Not too long after, the Wonder Girls also took the number one spot on the music site, Melon.

JYP Entertainment stated, “We’re surprised this song has gained so much popularity, regardless of the fact that the girls haven’t even made a comeback on music shows yet.” The girls are planned to make their official comeback with their new single near the end of this month.

Turbo’s Kim Jong Kook is OUT!!!

Kim Jong Kook finally has finished his military service.

Kim Jong-kook of the hit late 90’s group, Turbo has completed his 26 months of public service at Guri City Hall with Jo Sung-mo.

That explains why they are wearing the same black outfit complete with beanie.

Now, what’s next with this newly-freed artist?

150508 Lee Junki wants to enlist next year

Lee Junki (26) expressed that he wants to enlist next year because he feels that it’s the right time to go. He added that if there are other opportunities after “Illjimae,” he might grab them, if not, this might be his last production before he goes off to the army.

Awts. It’ll be a long bbye to our dear “pretty face”..I’ll sure miss him!!!
